Assumption of Risk

This page is an important legal document that explains the assumption of any and all risks in deciding to follow the advice or insight, or use of products, from intuitive consultant Tonya Dee who operates as an advising consultant through Tonya Dee, LLC or a representative of that Company. It is critical that you read and understand it completely.

By using the products or services of Tonya Dee, LLC, you acknowledge that you have volunteered to participate in a paid or unpaid session, class, workshop, service or program with Tonya Dee and/or an advisor available through Tonya Dee, LLC to include, but also may not be limited to, any and all services provided, such as energy healing, intuitive coaching, guidance, classes, product offerings and workshop attendance. In consideration of the Tonya Dee, LLC agreement to instruct, assist, advise, or train me, you here and forever release and discharge and hold harmless Tonya Dee, LLC and its respective agents, heirs, assigns, contractors, and employees from any and all claims, demands, damages, rights of action or causes of action, present or future, arising out of or connected with my participation in a session or purchase or any program WITHOUT LIMITATION, WHICH MAY OCCUR AS A RESULT OF following advice tendered and released or training rendered or use of facilities during a session or event.

You recognize that in no way does any member of Tonya Dee, LLC provide legal, medical, or therapeutic advice and it is my responsibility to secure such advisement from the appropriate party. You acknowledge and agree that you assume the risks associated with any and all activities, offerings, products, services, classes and/or programs in which you participate or purchase.

You acknowledge and agree that no warranties or representations have been made to you regarding the results you will achieve from any insight, guidance, product or program. You understand that results are individual and may vary.

You further acknowledge that if you are granted permission to audio record sessions with Tonya Dee, LLC or her agents or purchase an audio or video recording, such recordings are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. You understand that You MAY NOT share these recordings privately or publicly in any form, as to do so would violate the terms of this agreement, breach trust, and break a code of privacy. Any unauthorized use, sharing, broadcast or release, personally or publicly, in any form, of a recorded session, is strictly prohibited and would be considered an illegal act and punishable by law.

BY USING THE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES OF TONYA DEE, LLC, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE THOROUGHLY READ THIS WAIVER AND RELEASE AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THAT IT IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY. BY PARTICIPATING IN A SESSION OR PURCHASING A PRODUCT, YOU ARE WAIVING ANY RIGHT YOU OR YOUR SUCCESSORS MIGHT HAVE TO BRING A LEGAL ACTION OR ASSERT A CLAIM AGAINST TONYA DEE, LLC FOR NEGLIGENCE OR THAT OF ITS EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR CONTRACTORS.

Energy Sessions are designed to support you through your Energetic System (Centers, Pathways, and Fields) as you go about your daily life. A combination of a "standard" session - for your mind, spirit, body and soul - with a form of energy medicine, that also assists the Energetic System in a way that resonates more easily, integrating positive life giving energies.

In our every day lives, we are interacting with many influencers, both seen and unseen. Whether we realize it or not, these influencers create imbalance in various parts of our Energetic World, including the centers, fields, pathways and more. The "inherited" baggage contained in the vast store of information in our DNA, Epigenetics, even Ancestral - can also create havoc, without us even realizing it. Just one alone can create discomfort, overwhelm and even Dis-Ease.

A significant advantage of adding the Energy Medicine component is to support the body energetically. When our Mind, Body, Soul and Spirit are in alignment we are able to live our true purpose and achieve our potential.

On the day of your scheduled session, please enter into a silent, meditative space a few hours before. If we meet virtually, I will record the call and send you a link to the recorded file the day after our session. I also ask that you give yourself some time after the session to journal, reflect, or go on a walk in nature to root the ritual time together deep in your bones, and spirit. I look forward to our Sacred time together.
